How to exhibit your data? Step by step!

If you have already prepared your data, just go to step 2.

Step 0. Prepare your data

The following items are required for exhibition at least.
  1. Your adobe illustrator data (e.g. .ai, .dxf, .bmp files)
  2. Photograph of finished product

 

You can also prepare files such as
  • Explanation of assembly method (PDF or whatever)
  • Letter to customers (e.g. Readme.txt)

 

If you prepare instructions that customers can assemble your work reliably, you will get a good review.

 

Step 1. Make a Zip File

The Laser Data Shop server does not receive adobe files, so it needs to be a zip file.
 Please also collect all the data you want to pass to the customer into one zip file.
  1. Make an empty zip folder on your computer
  2. Put all your files into the zip folder
  3. Please name the zip folder name as (your work title)_(your name).zip

 

Step 2. Get vendor approval

  1. Go to About → Vendor Signup
  2. Enter the required items and press the register button.
  3. When you receive a reply to the email address you entered, please reset the password from the link attached to it.
  4. If your account is approved, you will receive a notification email within 24 hours. Please login from the attached link.
  5. You can now log in to the vendor account. You can manage sales and account information on the dashboard.

Step 3. Enter PayPal account information

If you do not have a PayPal account, please create one. You can complete immediately.
  1. Enter Vendor Email
  2. Enter Paypal Email
  3. Please do not forget to push the update button.

Even if the above two addresses are the same, there is no problem. The proceeds will be credited to the PayPal account by the end of the month.

Step ４. Sell items on Laser Data Shop

The examination will be conducted once by Laser Data Shop before exhibition.
  1. Go to vendor dashboard
  2. Select “Products” from the “+NEW” button at the top of the screen
  3. Name your product name
  4. Although you can edit the product introduction page freely here, there are two things you have to do at the minimum. 
    ・File setting - Check the two check boxes "Virtual" and "Downloadble" in the center of the screen.
・Price setting - Please enter the list price in the field of Regular price.
・Sale price(optional) - If necessary, please set a sale price.
・Add File - Upload the zip file containing your product.
  5. Upload the product image from the form at the bottom right of the screen.
  6. Please fill other forms freely. You can see how it will be displayed on the actual screen from the “Preview” button on the upper right.
  7. When you’ve done all, click the “Submit for Review” button.
  8. When your data are successfully approved, it will be posted on Laser Data Shopwithin 24 hours.
After approval, please note that you can not edit the product page. Also, if data or other files are defective, you may be asked to re-edit the data.
